Gymnastics for pregnant, step by step

Gymnastics for pregnant - this is another way to relax and enjoy the "interesting" situation. After all, the future mother's emotional state depends on a favorable course of pregnancy.
Physical activity during pregnancy is not excluded - they just have to be special. Not only that: a pregnant woman, these loads, and especially - gymnastics - are essential. Indeed, in the female body is such muscles that are involved only at birth, so you need to prepare them for the work, you need to develop and fill them with force.

It is also necessary to take care of the spine: after a few months he will have to withstand a double burden. Special exercises are needed regularly to your breasts after childbirth was supple and beautiful for you to have a lot of milk.
Gymnastics for pregnant need to be addressed not only to the body and the body was in good shape, but for the most part to ensure that the child was provided with oxygen, to the extent necessary.
Attention!
Even if you are in excellent physical shape, when all exercise caution. With fatigue, discomfort or pain immediately stop work and take a few deep breaths.
Before you begin classes in gymnastics for pregnant women, by all means talk to your obstetrician-gynecologist and the doctor regularly to monitor their health.
Conduct training for at least an hour before a meal and not before an hour after eating. The best time for gymnastics - morning. Venues for classes for pregnant women should be well lit and ventilated.Be sure to remove your shoes and socks - the feet need to breathe.
Preferably, in the classroom in the room was empty (unless it is for group lessons) - you have nothing to distract. Tune in the affirmative. The time allotted for the gym, devote themselves exclusively. Think about what your child is in a comfortable place, feels like you move your hands and feet, listening to your breathing and heartbeat, and thus makes the gym with you.

Too many to count!!  But my top picks would be Kandee Johnson, Lipstick Rules, Pixiwoo, and Cup of Jo

What does make-up mean to you
It's an art form that any woman can use to their benefit.  It has the power to completely transform a face or it can just enhance a woman's natural beauty.  Makeup is an easy confidence booster for me.

How would you describe the Make-Up scene in the US (in terms of which products are more favored and what trends tend to be more dominant)
I think in the U.S. makeup is pretty "safe" overall and that the really "out there" trends aren't really worn by everyday woman, we tend to take it a little safe.  Which is okay in my opinion bc the majority of ladies out there don't need to rock a bright orange mouth or butterfly winged lashes every day!! Makeup is such a personal preference, I don't think you can really judge someone on how much is too much or too little.  Products favored seem to be the skin products (creams, foundations, concealers, highlighters) that produce a more natural and youthful glow to the skin to create that flawless face.

Prefer Lipstick or Lip Gloss
for me personally, I wear a gloss 75% of the time.

Kajal or Eye Liner
Kajal produces a deeper more obvious pigment which I love, but I wear more eye liner overall

Black Smoky eyes and Nude Lips or Nude eyes and Red Lips
smoky eyes and nude lips

Pink Nail Polish or Black Nail Polish
the darker the better, so probably would have to go with black.

Favorite brand of cosmetics for Lipsticks
Lancome (for department store prices) and L'Oreal (for drugstore)

Favorite brand of cosmetics for Eye Shadows
tie between MAC and Stila

Favorite brand of cosmetics for Eye Liners
Urban Decay 24/7 glide on eye liners

Favorite brand of cosmetics for Blushes
Nars

Favorite brand of cosmetics for Foundations
L'Oreal True Match foundation

Now Some Deep Questions :)
What mistake do you notice people most often make in make-up
NOT wearing concealer or enough blush.  Both of which makes you look tired without!

Top 5 Make-up Myths according to you
1.  less is more. (not true, a lighter hand with more products is better!)
2.  not everyone can wear red lipstick (yes everyone can, it just has to have the right undertone)
3.  concealer should be lighter than your skin tone (no- produces raccoon eyes!)
4.  women with oily skin shouldn't wear moisturizer (yes, they should bc that oil isn't hydrating!)  I can't think another myth that bugs me:)

Top 5 tricks or tips you have learn't in the Make-up Industry/Field
1.  Using orange based concealer for dark circles on darker skinned ladies works wonders.
2.  Using bronzer around the perimeter of the face produces a more realistic glow than putting it in the middle of your face.
3. Put a swipe of white or flesh colored pencil along the inner waterline to brighten eyes.
4. Use an eyelash curler every time!
5. Apply your eye makeup first, before your concealer & foundation, then clean that under eye area with makeup remover so that you're not creating darker circles by those products falling into skin makeup you've already applied.

A Make-Up Must Have that every woman must have in her vanity/purse:  Small translucent powder or blotting papers to help with shiny skin!  And a great lipstick that can double as a lip color and blush in a hurry.

Make-up Advice
Experiment, experiment, experiment, until you find what products, colors, and techniques work on you.  Makeup remover was made for a reason- so you can fix the mistakes!

In recent years the problem of obesity experts drew attention to various areas including, and professionals involved in mental health.
Specifically, therapists, psychologists, sociologists and other professionals such as various schools and movements that occur in their work with the problem of overweight and obesity in their patients.

All over the world were interviewed and examined a lot of people of different races, ages, men and women of different religious backgrounds, etc. Unfortunately, the results of these studies were simply stunning.
Let's take a close look at the facts. So:
1.Ozhirenie is one of the most common and dangerous to the health and social diseases.
In accordance with the conclusions of the X International Congress on Obesity, Sydney (2006) (Can you imagine the size of the problem, if there is such a Congress?), Obesity should be considered as a global epidemic of non-infectious nature.

Overweight has more than 1 billion people (15% of the world's population), and this figure is constantly increasing, especially in developed countries, and in some countries are overweight say half the population or more.
Institutes of public health is seriously concerned about this figure, because:
• Overweight leads to an increase in mortality;• associated with an increased risk of diabetes of the second type, or artrozoartritom;• diseases of the respiratory tract;• certain types of cancer;• and cardio-vascular system, from which dies every third person in the world!
In addition, obese people are often faced with social problems such as stigmatization and discrimination, which can lead to mental disorders and even mental illness.
• High blood pressure occurs in the total of 3 times higher than in lean.• Atherosclerosis in young people with excess body weight is found in 2 times more likely than people of normal weight.• The likelihood of developing diabetes mellitus in moderate increases in total 9 times, and the obese - up to 40 times.

Thus, in obesity there are problems such as high blood pressure (in the future risk of heart attack and stroke), diseases of the musculoskeletal system (skeleton simply can not withstand such weight and begins to deform and break), diabetes (even end up here, and a whole bunch of related, have diabetes, problems), gastro-intestinal tract (with the amount of food is not easy to handle), cardiovascular disease (cholesterol plaques known to all, cause atherosclerotic vascular changes).
And this is just one of the best known and most common diseases, which in turn can lead to disability. A disability and disease, naturally, leads to a decrease in the overall quality of life.
Quality of life - this is the very feeling of fullness of life, satisfaction with themselves, their lives in general and in particular the possibility of free choice.
DO YOU WANT ME THIS LIFE?
2.Bolshinstvo research specialists around the world highlights a number of biological, psychological and social factors that influence the development of obesity.
The formation of the human species had at the time when food was not enough time to time. In lean years, the body use stored fat to survive.
Now food has increased, it is cheaper and more accessible, it contains more fat, but we do not perceive the difference.

• There is no physiological mechanism, which signals that we used too many calories. And this partly explains the excess weight.• The cure for obesity - a nutrition and activity (not only physical but also emotional, social).• It is important to understand why you overeat. Depending on your response, you can come up with a strategy of protection.

Fab Find Friday - The Date Guy

I know the majority of my blog readers are not from London, but for those who are or who live down south then I'd suggest this website.

The Date Guy is run by a guy who suggests different dates around London. Not only does he suggest different dates though, he also goes into detail such as how to suggest the date, topics of conversation that can be used on the date, activities to do, where to go afterwards if you don't want the date to end and how to act after the date when contacting the person again. It may seem a bit much but it's perfect for people who struggle with finding things to talk about on dates or who are bored of straight forward dates at the cinema or going out for food.

The best part is though all the quirky places he suggests going to and doing. He suggests places around London that aren't very popular, those quirky hidden away gems that you may not have heard of. One of the recent places he suggested was a restaurant where to gain access you have to use a certain phrase when talking to the waiter, then enter the area by a door hidden in a fridge! Very random!

He also suggests ways to get speaking to strangers and how to be more open. It's a really, really cool website that I absolutely adore because I love anything that's a bit different. Even if you are not dating at the moment, it's great to look at for ideas of things to do in London or places you can go to when you meet someone special.

Himalaya Herbals Kajal Extra Smooth Water Proof Eye Definer Review

Do you know what is a Kajal for me? It's a beauty product which I can never live without. Give me some lipsticks, glosses, foundations, concealer and anything else. I won't step out of my home without kajal on my eyes. That much I am crazy about kajals! I believe that using kajal highlight my eyes and make them look beautiful! Today I am reviewing a herbal kajal from Himalaya herbals brand. Herbal ingredients formula is great plus because no harsh chemicals in it, hence I excitedly started using this product a few days ago noting its pros and cons. I previously reviewed the Himalaya Moisturizing Lip Butter here and now let me give a detailed review on this Himalaya herbals kajal.

Himalaya Herbals Extra Smooth Water Proof Herbal Eye Definer

Price: Rs.110 for 2.7g

Shelf life: 1 year approx.

Ingredient List
Key Ingredients: Almond oil, Castor oil, Camphor, Damask Rose, Tripala.

Usage Instructions

Claims of the Product
Extra smooth | Water proof
Enriched with Almond Oil that nourishes your eyes, keeps them cool and makes you look fresh and bright. A unique blend of herbal extracts that cools and nourishes your eyes.
No harmful chemicals.
Hypoallergenic.

My Views and Ratings

The Packaging
This kajal comes in a green plastic roll on type pack, somewhat similar to inhalers :P but I loved it. The tip of the kajal is pointed and the cap is very sturdy which I can carry around without any fear. Few of the kajals which I used before really made me sick of cleaning my black stained hand bags :( and hence I am okay with this one. I felt that it would be much better if the entire kajal stick is inside as it's little pointed out. (Which may lead to breakage with careless handling).
4/5

Colour Consistency and Fragrance
The colour of the kajal is dark black and pigmented as same as homemade kajals. It is smooth and spreads easily onto the lash line, a single stroke is enough I felt. Fragrance is not that much strong, but it has a herbal kinda fragrance which may or may not hurt sensitive noses but I am okay with it. Nothing to say any bad much. I loved as it spreads without any hardness. Very smooth!
4.5/5

How it Works On Me
So, I will share my first time experience with you now. I opened the pack, rolled on and applied the kajal on my lash line. Left it as it is and went back to check my works. It stayed for 2 hours, then smudged :( when I splashed with water and wiped off, it has almost gone. The only good thing is that it doesn't cause any side effect at all. By the way, soon as I applied it cools down my eyes and refreshes it. Because of this property, I started to use this Kajal every night before going to bed! Magic! It made my eyes fresh and my eyelashes are thicker than before. I am going to use this Kajal for every night use as it has good effects on my eyes but not sure about day times as it smudges. I am totally okay with this kajal because it is made of natural ingredients, doesn't hurt my eyes and it glides smoothly and spreads evenly.
3.5/5
                                                                                Swatches

Rubbed Twice with bare fingers :(

Because of the staying power and smudging property, I am not that much impressed with this product :( but I am going to continue using this kajal because of its herbal goodness, cooling sensation and eyelash thickening properties. (Not sure about how it will work on you, but I am sure this is not going to cause any side effects)

PROS
  1. No side effects. Freshen eyes.
  2. Cooling sensation with every application.
  3. Prevents eyelash fall and thickens it upto an extent.
  4. Very dark shade, glides and spreads onto the lash line without any hardness.
  5. Easily available everywhere.
  6. Lasts for months hence a affordable buy I say.
  7. Not a pencil, so the product won't go waste in sharpening. Not a tub so you're escaped by being unhygienic (Dip your hands every time and applying on lash line.. oh god)
  8. The cap is sturdy, hence can carry around. Travel friendly!
  9. Easy to remove with normal cleansers.
  10. The kajal doesn't melt, the consistency is very thick and hard.
  11. Are you a glossy kajal lover? Then this will be your pick. It is not matte at all, it gives a shiny glossy look.
CONS
  1. Staying powder. It hardly stays for 2 hours.
  2. Smudges if I rub :( (Every other kajal does)
  3. If you are looking out for a matte finish, this kajal is not for you then. It is glossy.
  4. Not for oily eye lids anytime.
  5. The packaging should be better in only aspect that the entire kajal stick should be inside without pointing out.
My Recommendation: Looking for a side effect free, herbal, glossy finishing kajal? Go for it. I don't recommend this for day time use in oily eye lids. Overall, a good kajal for refreshing and cooling down eyes.

Overall Rating: 3.5/5

Will I Repurchase?: Sure! For every night usage. But I think it will take a long time to finish the one I have now :D

So girls, which kajal are you using? Any recommendations?

Disclaimer: Product sent by PR. But all my opinions remain honest.

No Jeans Policy & Look Of The Week - Girly trip to the cinema

Before I go onto my LOTW, I'll also quickly explain that this also counts as outfit one of my 'No Jeans Policy' for Lent! I have decided to give up jeans for lent (that's a whole 46 days!) as I feel I practically live in jeans and never experiment with skirts or leggings on a day to day basis. I will either blog my outfits daily or weekly, but in the meantime you can check out my progess here. You can also check out my new page/blog section on this by clicking the 'My No Jeans Policy For Lent' along the top of the page, beneath the banner. Wish me luck!

Anyway, onto LOTW. Me and my friend went to see The Vow tonight which was very sad and we went for a Maccy D's afterwards. Here's the look from tonight.

I didn't want to make too much of an effort as we were only going to the cinema (and I was afraid of wearing too much makeup incase I cried as I knew it was going to be a sad film!) so this look is fairly casual. I've basically just worn a baggy deep blue top, which if you look closely, you can see it has small little gems on the neckline. I wore this over purple leggings and a pair of brown boots which have a bit of a heel on them so they are also a bit girly too. I chose a light grey/brown hoodie to add a bit of colour to the outfit, then just added some really nice accessories as shown in the last photograph. I also love my makeup here, I used the pallete from my 'Her Name Was Glowla' benefit pallette that I got for Christmas. The eyeshadow colours I used were white, light brown and dark brown. This look is fast becoming my favourite daytime look as I usually struggle to wear eyeshadow in the day without making it too heavy or over the top. However this is a really nice light and casual look that I think brings out my eyes. The lipstick I'm wearing is also a recent new favourite of mine, I have no idea what make it is but I picked it up from a cheap make-up store when I was in Sunderland and haven't stopped wearing it since. I think its the perfect deep pink shade.
