DAILY DIET FOR YOUNG GLOWING SKIN AND HEALTHY HAIR

Vitamins play an important role in the health and beauty of our whole body. There are very essential for skin and hair health. We get vitamins from the fresh fruits and vegetables we eat everyday but unfortunately, the vegetables lose an excess amount of vitamins while being cooked and refrigerated for many days. We should practice our self to consume raw fresh vegetables like carrot, cucumber etc to maintain a ever glowing skin and super healthy hair :) Let me give you few dieting ideas in this post which are followed by many MODELS :)

1. Drink a glass of TOMATO JUICE every morning. Tomatoes are very very good for our skin, they clear outs the spots and makes your skin supple and smooth without any blemishes.

2. Almonds, cashews and walnuts should be included in your daily diet as they are good sources of Vitamin E, the skin vitamin. Vitamin E has antioxidants which prevent our skin from sun damage and pollution. It prevents our skin from aging and helps in absorbing Vitamin A in our body.

3. To prevent wrinkles, fine lines and age spots and to maintain your skin younger and healthier forever include these five things in your daily diet. This leads to soft, even toned and bright younger skin.
  • Cabbage
  • Soy beans
  • Whole grains
  • Milk
  • Yogurt/Curd
The above foods contain a huge amount of Magnesium which tightens the wrinkled skin and makes your skin glow forever without any signs of the skin aging process even in forty's. This diet improves your complexion to a good extent.

4. Drink 2 glasses a water soon after having tea, coffee, alcohol, junk food items, ice creams and soft drinks. By following this procedure, we can prevent the harmful effects of this foods in our skin. They make our skin dull and damaged, which gives us a horrible look. So, try to avoid the above mentioned foods as much as possible. Consume tender coconut water and fresh fruit juices instead of soft drinks and replace veg and fruit salads for oily snacks.

5. Daily intake of fresh carrot juice gives you a wonderful skin like a model. Carrot juice purifies the blood and makes your skin glow like a diamond and soft like a peacock's feather. This will surely gives you astonishing visible results fast.
