Cause Tooth Decay, Due to Wrong Toothbrushing
Why not be the white teeth, why is emerging tooth cavity, but is regular brushing teeth. For me and most people colored teeth and tooth decay a serious problem, not just the appearance, but also on health. There may be a cause tooth decay, due to wrong toothbrushing.
So you need to self-introspection as well, why would your tooth is damaged. I hope the yellow teeth, or cavities, not too bad, so they can prevent it. In fact, according to the prosthodontist (specialist dental reconstruction and aesthetic) Dr Michael Lenchner, DDS, there are some common mistakes that people make when brushing your teeth, and even cause tooth decay.
Do not scrub a long time
According to Lenchner, who is also director of the New York Dental Forum, you should brush your teeth for two or three minutes. In fact, most people are always in a hurry when brushing your teeth, whether due to sleep or be active. With a long time hoped that all the dirt in the mouth is clean.
Not noticed when brushing teeth
You better brush your teeth, staring at the mirror, to see that the toothbrush has touched the parts that need to be cleaned.
Rub the wrong technique
Which one is brushing your teeth sideways, described Dr. Lenchner like sawing a tree. This makes you damage the tooth enamel, causing tooth cracked and brittle. The truth is holding a hair brush to brush the teeth are at a 45 degree angle to the tooth surface, then brush in small rounds. Focus on a few teeth first, then move to the next gear, from side to side, top and bottom, front and rear.
Brushing too strong
Tooth enamel can be damaged when brushed too strong. Especially if you have a habit of his teeth while sleeping, the results are getting worse. This habit, combined with brushing sideways as noted above, may cause indentations near the gum line called abfraction lesions. Brushing too hard also cause gum sensitivity, irritation, and the recession.
Use the wrong brush
Choose a toothbrush with soft bristles yagn, even the "ultrasoft" to reduce damage. Even a soft bristle brush can still cause abrasion (erosion of the gums) if used the wrong way, said Lenchner. Although the electric toothbrush is not popular here, but this type of toothbrush he can help you reach places that must be cleaned.
Not use dental floss
Flossing should be done to clean up the rest of the food is not reached by a toothbrush. Cavities are usually formed on the surface where the two teeth touch. That is because the bacteria get caught in it, eat sugar from food particles, colonize, and produce chemicals that erode tooth enamel, to the soft layer of dentin underneath. This then lead to cavities.
No rinsing with clean
Already brushed your teeth and floss properly, will remove plaque that contains bacteria from the tooth surface. After that, rinse it thoroughly to make sure the bacteria is gone forever. Use alcohol-free mouthwash, or the use of fluoride to strengthen and fortify the tooth enamel and prevent cavities. If there is no mouthwash, rinse with water will suffice.

Not Good Often Brushing Teeth After Meals
How can a good brushing, twice a day is routine. In maintaining healthy teeth, do brush your teeth 2 times a day, have the right, in the morning and at night before bed. If there is an obsession to make the teeth become whiter, either way if you brush your teeth more often. Usually do so after eating. It was not good often brushing after meals.
May aim to brush your teeth after eating food that the former is missing from the mouth and bad breath to be fresh, but this habit even less justified. And after sikiat teeth, the mouth becomes clean, fragrant, so stay confident. The dentist said, this practice will only make the teeth become brittle, easily perforated, and porous. This process can occur due to very high levels of acid in the mouth.
Normally, levels of acidity in the mouth has a neutral pH in the range of 6-7. However, the entry of food into the mouth will decrease the pH of the mouth and become more acidic. Acid content in the mouth will be exacerbated by the type of food eaten, because some foods and drinks have high acidity, such as coffee, orange juice, milk, until the egg yolks.
Critical pH limit tolerated by the mouth is 5.5. Thus, when the food has a high degree of acidity into the mouth, oral cavity will be more acid and cause tooth erosion and demineralization process (the process of change leftover food into acids by bacteria in the mouth).
Brushing your teeth in the mouth of the highly acidic conditions will erode your teeth and make it porous. Because while brushing will distribute indirect acid layer to the entire surface of the tooth.
In the mouth while eating may be experiencing conditions that are very acidic with a pH reaches 4.5. This will make the toothpaste is alkaline (to neutralize the acid) is not functioning optimally.
However, this does not mean that you should not brush your teeth after eating. Only, wait until the condition of the mouth back to normal (neutral), or at least has a pH of 5.5 through a natural process that occurs in the mouth. Once the boundary conditions of the mouth close to neutral acidity, then brush your teeth as usual.
"Usually, the condition of the mouth will return to normal after 15 minutes. So, make it a habit to brush your teeth at least 15 minutes after eating so that tooth loss is not easy because the acid.
Sure is nice to know to always take care of dental health, so diligent brushing your teeth remain white. Routine every morning after breakfast, at night before bed and an additional day after lunch, it was very good. If the fear of bad breath caused by food residue, rinse with clean water after a meal is quite overcome.

Various studies show the stress associated with various diseases of modern man, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, cancer and other illnesses, including impotence.
In a recent research indicated when the sympathetic nervous system stress will issue a wave of norepinephrine, which is a response to fight or escape (flight or fight). Meanwhile, the brain releases the hormone cortisol, the pituitary is flooding the blood stream.
Basically the stress response is intended to make us alert. Feeling the danger will come, for example a car would hit, the body releases stress hormones, so we are more alert, more agile and have fast reactions so that we can escape from danger.
But the body can not distinguish between physical and mental threat. Body response to stress was not much use when we are experiencing mental distress. So when we panic deadline, the body's reaction will be like when we would hit the car. If there is continued it will begin to cause problems.
"In all beings on this planet, stress is a short-term crisis with a response to deal with or avoid it. But as human beings when we sit we are also being plagued by a variety of things that cause stress and it takes place almost every day," says Robert Sapolsky, neurologists and Why Zebras Do not the author of Get Ulcers it.
When the body's system continues to face a stress reaction that had surfaced and disappeared many times, sometimes the control system becomes uncontrollable.
"Regulatory systems of the body become damaged. At first this will make people become super reactive to incidents of stress, but sometimes a long while the nervous system becomes exhausted and unable to respond properly again," said Nim Tottenham, a psychologist.
That's why "soldiers" guard the immune system becomes so weak that a virus or bacteria can invade the body without any resistance.

Find Alternatives for Happiness Your Life
How can life be happy? Often we judge a happiness with success to success, that's right. But if we are not aware of the difficulties arise when the business dama, or often failed in the attempt. Because that's easily lost happiness of our mindset. Easy to become stressed, had a hard time looking for things that can please him at this time. In essence the patient felt the expectations of all his life nothing is achieved, thoughts and feelings are very dangerous for health and psychology.
Find alternatives for happiness your life, this is what we need to wake up in our souls. Wonderful life, healthy living, not expensive actually, but the perspective that needs to justify. Well, how-contaoh example to find alternatives to be happy.
Back when I was in grade school and junior high I was happy to film The A-Team, an elite group of ex-Ranger who became a federal fugitive for the mistakes they did not do. What I like is that they possessed a mature plan in preparing for action, while also they are always ready with a back-up plan, aka backup plan. Hannibal the Colonel always have an alternative if one way and the plan did not work.
In life we also should be so. We need to be flexible in looking for alternatives in our lives. When one plan fails then we should immediately look for new alternatives to keep the focus in finding a way out. When expectations fail to be reached, then maybe we can hope to find another alternative that can make us happy. Do not dwell on what we can not achieve but try to do something to find new hope.
I prefer to work and try to like what I enjoy, according to ability and conscious of the presence of failures. May be idealistic, but also realistic. For example I like to exercise outdoors adventure, I often fail when undergoing rock climbing, on the other hand I can succeed in mountainering. Be aware of the failure without feeling desperate.
Often human happiness depend on one or several things, but it is not immutable and could disappear at any time, money, or position for example.
Because it means when it is lost or changed, then we may get lost happiness and change. It needs a good understanding that we hang our happiness on our own. Happiness is the perception, that is what is there and we feel it is highly subjective. Things that make a person happy does not necessarily make someone else happy. Life experience, and personality of the person's environment will affect the happiness he experienced.
So better get used to creating happiness of yourself, instead of help from others. Its better if it can make other people happy.
Try to start making other people happy, then when everyone else is happy for you, you will feel happier.
We should be flexible in looking at and through this life. Sometimes I do not see the sense of happiness in ourselves more because we are not flexible in this life. We are too rigid and can not adapt to change. This is what makes humans often hurt. Because of something that would be easier broken rigid when under pressure rather than flexible.

REVIEW: Maybelline Colorsensational Lipstick in "Hooked On Pink"
I knew I was on the right track by banning myself from buying makeup when last Friday, while clearing my dresser, I found a brand new tube of Maybelline's Colorsensational Lippy in Hooked On Pink. Imagine! A brand new and forgotten tube of a lipstick. Yup! I found some more stuff as well but that's for future posts...
Now coming back to this Maybelline lippy, I was so excited of finding it that I have been wearing this lippy everyday since Friday :P And well I love it at the moment :) Its a pretty plummy pink (on my lips), not as bright as the other pinks that I own and still a little brighter than MAC Craving :) Its a super versatile shade that would suit many Indian complexions (mind you I said many and not all) and would be gorgeous in the three seasons that we get in India viz Hot Summers, Cool Winters and well sticky monsoons :P
You all know the moisture extreme range from Maybelline is super hydrating, has a decent satying power of about 3-4 hours and well is easily within our budgets :)
One downside of this product would be that a single swipe of this lippy isn't enough to cover my pigmented lips. I need at least 3 swipes for it to look decently opaque on my lips :(

Oooohhhss And Aaaahhhsss!!!
1. Moisturising and perfect for dry lips.
2. The shade is flattering on many Indian skintones and well wearable in all seasons.
3. Not expensive!
4. It has an attractive tube and looks pretty on the dresser!
5. Very very easily available in all cities across India :)
Ouches!!!
1. Pigmentation isn't too great for pigmented lips :(
2. A very common shade of Pink and I guess is easily dupable, though at 299/- I doubt you'd need a dupe :P
Price
It costs INR 299/-
Repurchase?
I am not sure.. I might as well try some other shades from this range... This isn't really a rare shade of Pink now!
Would I Recommend?
If you are looking for a budget buy in pink lipsticks and if your skintone is Indian light or medium, you can buy it with your eyes closed. If perhaps you are on the Indian darker side or have pigmented lips like I do, then I would suggest you to first try it before buying :)

LOTW
I haven't done a 'Look Of The Week' in ages and with my new jeans and such lovely weather, I thought it was about time I did another! It was my day off today so last night and today I did a bit of pampering (redone my hair, my nails etc) then today I took Jasper for a long walk before relaxing in the garden with a book :)
A nice and summery look! I really love this outfit, the jeans are my new favourite buy as I've wanted a pair of jeans in a nice pastel colour for ages now. I very rarely pay over £30 for jeans but they fit so well that I didn't mind paying a bit extra! I love the contrast of the white top over the flower print top too. The flower print top is actually a sleepwear top I bought from Matalan for £1! I love lace as well so I'm happy I found a top that looks so nice beneath it. The sandles are also so comfy as well, I bought them from Primark for £2 for holiday and pretty much wore them the whole time.
I love my new bracelet, I bought this from a gorgeous shop in London on Sunday called Source and it was filled with loads of really quirky stuff but was quite cheap compared to how expensive 'quirky stuff' can be.
Also, I'm really loving my hair at the moment! Although I adore having dark brown hair, I decided I wanted a change for summer so I used Colourb4 last night and it lightened up my hair A LOT. My skin looks a lot more healthy and less pale with a lighter shade and the shade now is quite close to my natural hair colour. I'm planning to slowly go back blonde over the next few months but in the meantime at least my roots aren't showing and it's a nice shade. I was convinced I'd be ginger after using Colourb4 as I've dyed my hair pretty much every colour under the sun and the red in my hair from like three years ago was still noticable in my hair before I used it but it looks like I've finally got rid of all the red. Very pleased with the outcome!

REVIEW: MAC Zoom Fast Black Lash Mascara
I have always been using Maxfactor's False Lash Effect mascara and when I finished my second tube I decided on moving on and trying something from MAC. I have been enjoying a very good and a comfortable relationship with MAC so trying their mascara was something that came naturally to me :) So I went and tried out a couple of them... I tried the opulash and the Zoom fast and finally decided on the Zoom Fast and brought this baby home :)
The MAC Zoom Fast Black Lash mascara comes in a rubber-ized no-fuss tube, which is a simple long pipe like tube with an equally long and thin brush. The mascara is very true to its name and coats each and every lash generously making it look more volumized, lengthened and BLACK in a Zooooooommm :D I am as of now loving this mascara.
One gripe that I have of this mascara is the fact that since the brush is really thin I always end up rubbing off some of the product on my lashlines as well but then again that could be attributed to my lack of "mastery" ;) Ahem!
Btw it stays on for like ever, is easy to come off with even water, does not flake on me and really delivers what it claims to be. Just that the price is a bit too steep for a daily wear mascara :(

Oooohhhaaa and Aaahssss!!

4. I like the no-fuss long black tube :) It looks so elegant and not "kiddish".

If you have non-existent lashes like mine then I must suggest you to go for it especially if you have the budget for it :) They really lengthen and volumize your lashes like crazy! :P

Busy Bee!
Lately I've felt incredibly out of sync with my blogging. Although in the past I have gone for much longer than a week without posting, it's always been because I had nothing to post about and didn't want to just blog for the sake of it. This week I really have literally been SO busy! I've just bagged myself a third job so I have to remember to schedule a few posts in advance and be a bit better with dividing my time. You can read all about my many jobs on my latest post on my personal blog here.
However other than working, I've been up to all sorts this week. I had a little shopping spree in the week and treated myself to a few dresses, some earrings and a gorgeous pair of pastel purple trousers which I'll blog about soon.
I had a really lovely weekend too - Saturday I just chilled out and Sunday my sister, two of her friends and myself headed into London for a girly day out. We went to the first ever farmers market at Soho which everyone was talking about. I just wanted to have a look at all the quirky stalls and perv on all the band members (Soho is filled with rockstars and the such). The farmers market was a lot smaller than we expected but there were lovely stalls. I also picked up some business cards and got chatting to loads of people in preparation of my big upcoming project, getting the word out!
After that we decided to head onto another market and ended up going to Spitalfields market which was amazing. It was filled with so many different unique different shops, stalls and places to eat. I really loved it, it was right up my street with gorgeous day dresses, funky plaques and much more. I wanted to buy everything but decided on a beautiful heart bracelet and some really sweet tags to put on presents or cards or whatever.
We stopped off for a drink in the Ten Bells pub too which - I didn't realize at the time - is actually known as the 'Jack the Ripper pub'. It was really funny because at the time I recognized the name and could of sworn it had something to do with history or ghosts or murderers or something then I found out when I got home. Also turns out I didn't even notice the gigantic sign on one of the walls listing all of Jack The Ripper's victims...:/ Anyway it's a big tourist spot with loads of people visiting there of their own accord or at the end of the Jack The Ripper tours as apparently he and two of his victims used to drink there. Stuff like that really interests me so that was quite cool (when I realized anyway!).
Once home me and my sister made homemade pizza from scratch and garlic doughballs and settled down to watch a movie. Today I was working again but just around the corner from my sister's house so obviously I stayed there last night and walked round there this morning.
Anyway that's why I've been so out of sync with blogging this past week and hopefully this post has explained why and has made up for no pictures post I usually do on a Sunday. I've got some great reviews coming up and some really great ideas to put in motion for this blog too so keep your eyes peeled!
