Cure Your Acne Using these five tips

We all have with acne at some point in our lives to fight some of us more than others, but all of us have wanted to find a cure. Well, not to look, I've found you a cure. The next five steps, if done properly abolition of your face of acne forever. 

1 2.5% benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid gel scrub
Benzoyl peroxide destroys acne bacteria, reduces inflammation and makes your skin glow better than anything I've ever used. It is widely used to remedy known as the number one in the acne world. The problems with it are that it burns so using 2.5% makes it a little more bearable. The second problem is that it does not fix the cause of acne. So use this to get the existing acne from your face while you resolve to prevent the cause of all future outbreaks. 

Salicylic acid peels are great because they can dig deep into the pores of the dirt that is in them. Things like, dead skin cells, sebum and dirt are cleaned every old from salicylic acid peels. If this is used in conjunction with benzoyl peroxide, your acne is not the slightest chance. 

2 Milk Thistle
A tincture of milk thistle as a pigeon on the roof. It is an herb that has the ability to regenerate your liver cells. A major (usually the largest) cause of acne is your liver is unable to filter out toxins, and in turn your skin pushes the toxins. If your skin is clogged with sebum and cells do not regenerate properly, you get acne. Two droppers full every day is a good start on the path to healing your liver. 


3 Flax Seed Oil
Healing of the skin is the next major step in the fight against the cause of acne. We have already discussed the liver issue, now we can talk about the skin. The skin needs to regenerate at least every 27 days. That's just enough time to not get acne. For some of us, our skin takes more than that, much more. When that happens, we are faced with clogged pores, and if our liver is not functioning properly, we have a real problem. What flaxseed oil has slowly take your skin cells and turn them into Olympic sprinters cells. In other words, your skin cells fast enough that you do not clog the pores no longer regenerate. Cool huh? 

4 Diet
You are what you eat, if your unlucky. Along the lines, clogged your pores on your face can add to the confusion of certain foods clog. Foods with high sugar and high glycemic index therefore your sebum levels by a large amount. So, you eat sugar, you get too much sebum, your skin is not regenerate, and bam! You have acne. So my advice is to watch out for bread, chips, soft drinks and sweets. 

5 Exercise
Last but not least, we have exercise. Any type of physical activity is good for the whole body and helps your organs function properly. Organs such as the liver are just one of the things that exercise helps. When you exercise, your blood flow is faster and put more oxygen to your skin that helps it to work better. Another fact is that fun when you increase your heart rate to increase your immune system. Your immune system needs to fight infection acne greatly.
