How To Get Rid Of Acne

Acne is something that almost everyone have to go through at some point in their lives, are usually during their teenage years. Unfortunately, acne can be a great source of embarrassment because of the traces it leaves on the skin. Acne can occur almost anywhere on the body and if it is not removed, then it can really leave unattractive scars. In this article I will teach you exactly how to get rid of your acne.

Natural Ways
You may have heard of natural remedies to help get rid of acne. Some work and some do not. Some of those that work could actually be dangerous for your skin. If possible, I always suggest that you use "medical" ways to get rid of your acne as a long-term solution, but this should fine for the short term:

1 Toothpaste. This is probably one of the most "natural" remedies out there for acne. It has been shown to work, but not all toothpastes help. The problem is that it can ingredients that actually irritate the skin if you have it on toothpastes. Which will make your acne worse. If you must use toothpaste they use as a temporary solution, as you will do damage to the skin. Remember, though, like other natural solutions it will not really get rid of, just cover up the cause of acne.

2 Use of clove oil. This has been proven to be effective against some types of acne. Although to be honest I do not really recommend it. Use of clove oil seriously burns the skin, and it is painful for a while after application. If you do not bother.

3 Mint Juice. Mint Juice is an acne solution that I propose. It helps clear your pores and say what I can, there are no long-term damage caused by them. Apply a solution mint juice to your face every night before bed for best effect.

Drugs
You feel as if you can get away with a natural solution, but do not remember to stop the cause of acne, you are only covering. Acne is blocked by 'pores' always caused by dead skin, which in turn leads to an outbreak. You can get a lot of it through the use of good hygiene to avoid face, but unfortunately as a teen skin can be quite oily and it's difficult to keep our faces in tip top condition. Here are some medications you can use:

1 Face washes. You will be able to find many of them in your pharmacist. Try a few and see which one. Having the most impact on your skin

2 Benzoyl peroxide + moisturizer. This solution is incredibly effective, but it will irritate your skin. You should be able to buy it over the counter from your pharmacist. Triclosan is also help, often preferred because it is gentle to the skin benzoyl.

If you find that your acne symptoms are uncontrollable, then you should contact a dermatologist who will be able to help, get a plan of attack to your skin looks fantastic again. Remember, acne should not be something embarrassing, everyone has to go through it at some point in their lives, but it can be controlled if you follow the right techniques will be....
