Hey my brothers! Good Morning all. Many of you asked me to do a post on Men Skincare as I have never posted such thing on my blog. I was thinking about it for a long time and now comes your post. I am just going to make this a easy peasy post for skin care beginners (Men) and later we can look about advanced beauty ideas. In this post, I am going to give few ideas for your daily skin and hair care routine. You don't need to spare separate time for this, but make sure you are doing the correct thing. Follow this and let me know how your looks changed.. And girls :P note this down for your guys.
Early Morning
Do you know something? Waking early in the morning provides you fresh oxygen and keeps you fresh and energetic throughout the day. It also brings a glow to your face if followed regularly. So try waking up in between 5 and 6 every morning for a month and you will stick to it. Waking is not just enough. After waking up, splash cold water on your face, towel dry and go for a walk, a jog is better though :P Early morning exercises speeds up your blood circulation which results in good skin and firmer body. Because of the sweat release during exercise, your body will get rid of toxins. Of course your skin too.

Bathing and Shaving
After your early morning jogging/exercise, you need a refreshing bath to prepare you for the day. I highly recommend to bath in warm water or just take a warm shower. Make sure to choose your skin cleanser which suits your skin type. Check your skin whether it is dry, oily or normal. Our body skin type and facial skin type differs most of the times. So you may be having oily facial skin and dry body skin or dry facial skin and sweaty body. Check these things first and note it down. If your body skin is dry, go for nourishing soaps like dove and gentle ones like pears. A soap free body wash or shower gel is much better than chemical containing soaps. Sweaty and oily body skin types go for herbal or oil control soaps. Use loofah everyday in your bath, it will surely improve your skin texture a lot. A loofah pad is nothing but a dry fruit fiber which you can get from herbal shops in a cheaper rate. Use this to scrub your body after applying the soap or shower gel as it exfoliates the dead skin cells to remove the dullness and roughness. Don't use loofah on your face unless your skin is very rough. After bath, wash loofah and dry it to keep it sanitized for next use. Shaving should be done after a warm bath or a warm face wash as the hair strands would be soft after the warmness of the water. Don't wash your face with cold water before your shave, it's a blunder mistake.
Moisturizer and Sunscreen
After shaving and because of shaving, your skin would have lost excess moisture and would be more prone to the harmful UV rays from sun. For this you need to moisture your skin first, followed by a good sunscreen. If you get a moisturizer with SPF, it's very much better. SPF is nothing but the Sun Protection Factor. I highly recommend to use very light moisturizers, not the greasy ones as you boys always roam in sun, do field work or play cricket etc. If you have extremely oily skin, carry an oil control face wash in your bag and wash your face thrice a day followed by a light moisturizer, once in the morning while bath, once in the afternoon (2-5 and once in the night. After you reach home from study/work place, wash your face and keep it clean. Each and every second with sweat and dirt is spoiling your skin's beauty, keep this in mind. Washing your face before going to bed with clean water (Soap/face wash is not necessary as your cleansed it in the evening) and nourishing it with a cold cream or a good moisturizer is always great. This softens your hard skin and repairs the damage whole night. Hey brothers, I am advising you to wash your face many times isn't it? but please never go for soaps. A soap free face wash would be mild and gentle. Excess soap usage damages your skin and makes you look older soon.
That's it! I didn't give any hard tips isn't it? You know we girls do facial, bleach, oil massage, steam and it's a big list :P. I know many of you brothers are not patient to do these things. So, note all the tips down, follow it correctly and let me know how it works. I will do my next post on Men Skincare seeing your responses.
Happy day! Stay healthy and fit! Try to avoid roaming in sun and save your skin!
Take care all my Brothers. See you soon again :D
