Does diet really affect acne? Or is it just a myth?
Diet affects everything that goes on in our body. Hippocrates thought the father of Western medicine, the years prior to 2000. That's hardly a valid argument considering that no one say diet is the cause of acne, only that it has an effect on them. Do not believe me?
