Does diet really affect acne? Or is it just a myth?

Diet affects everything that goes on in our body. Hippocrates thought the father of Western medicine, the years prior to 2000. Here is one of his most famous quotes:"Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food."Sense, does it? After all, we are what we eat and everything we have in our body. Kind of effect on us But how about all the people who stuff their faces with junk food and processed sugar all that and never pimples? That's hardly a valid argument considering that no one say diet is the cause of acne, only that it has an effect on them. Do not believe me? Stop eating dairy, and everything with sugar / sugar substitutes for a week to prove me wrong.Worst types of foods for people with acne? The Big Three are dairy products, sugar and unhealthy fats. The list of the types of foods affect acne is very extensive, but these three types should go to the first or at least minimized. Do you know why? Since both increase the production of milk and sugar cause acne hormones and increase blood sugar levels. Along with most types of fats (both animal and processed vegetable oils) stimulate the skin to create pimples.

I started eating healthy and now I have breakout even more than before! That's actually a good thing. You see, when you start avoiding foods that have a negative effect on acne, your acne will decrease. But if suddenly to a healthy diet turn your system into a detox mode, and most of the toxins are trying, through your skin, especially in areas where you have acne. This actually happened to me when my wife was obsessed with juicing and we landed two to four glasses of fresh vegetable juice to drink every day. When I started out, like crazy, but after a few weeks, it is diminished. My recommendation would be to start slowly and learn the right way of detoxification before your overall diet. Here is a great juice recipe for people with acne or even other skin problems.4 pieces of carrot juice, 1 part Cumbers juice, 1 part juice lettuceBest foods for fighting acne?Foods high in antioxidants, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, chromium and selenium.
