What Causes Acne?

Not one factor causes acne. Acne occurs when pores in our skin is blocked, and the main thing is to blame sebum, a type of oil in our skin, which is the time of teenage life caused by elevated levels of body hormones. This is also why women tend to break near the menstrual period. Skin oils is (oil) occur naturally, but will lubricate and protect the epidermis in its production. Associated with increased oil production is a change in the manner in which the epidermal cells block subsequently vulnerable to the follicular spaces or pores. The then blocked locks and progressively grows, produces a thrust. Here are some aspects that do not cause acne:


· Inheritance:Without very severe acne, most people do not know the problem as her mother and father. Almost everyone has some acne. At some point in their lives, especially in the adolescent stage
Food: Parents often tell young people to avoid eating things like chicken wings, sweets, fatty foods that are quick and fried. While these meals can not be good for overall health, they do not cause acne or reinforce them.
