Yesterday we were going through a review about Vedic Line Sandalwood and Turmeric Moisturizer and now comes the review of their Papaya Face Pack. Natural face packs have always been working good on me, and the papaya content tempted me to use it sooner. I have few other products from Vedic line and this papaya face pack is the one I have chosen secondly next to the moisturizer. I was impressed with this face pack because of the papaya content as papaya works great on my skin to add a glow every time. I used to apply mashed papaya pulp on my skin before I get introduced to these store bought face packs. Whenever I use papaya, I feel my skin incredibly soft and radiant. The Packaging
The face pack comes in a semi transparent tub with a yellow color screw top cap. There is a vacuum lid inside to prevent spillage and leaking. Overall, I am not impressed with the tub packaging as it may be unhygienic but still this kind of thick face pack cannot be squeezed from a tube, so I felt the choice of tub is right. As it is very sturdy, there is no worry of spillage or leaking while traveling and hence it becomes travel friendly.

Colour, Consistency & Fragrance
This is a light brown coloured muddy, clay based face pack which is thicker in consistency and very sweeter in smell. I loved the fruity fragrance very much, it is not artificial at all. No sensitive noses can hate it too. The face pack spreads very smoothly onto the skin, especially moist skin (After washing face) and covers all the surface. A very little amount is enough for whole face and neck, so this papaya face pack will last for months. I have planned to use this on my body too :)

How it works on Me
I continuously used this face pack thrice a week for 2 weeks and saw a good difference on my skin tone. This face pack gave me a slight tingling sensation for first 2 minutes, after that it disappears. I always love the slight tingle because it makes me feel that the product is working on my skin and the face pack gets semi dry in quicker time of 10 to 15 minutes. It has removed the tan, blemishes and pimple spots up to an extent and cleared out my complexion. I cant say that it whitened my skin like a magic, but it really made my skin look clear, glowing and beautiful. If you use this face pack regularly followed with a high SPF moisturizer, your skin would be protected from further tanning and thus your complexion improves by every usage. Washing off this face pack would be a little pain, not only this, every other mud face pack do so. But comparing to the other mud face packs or fullers earth face pack, it gets washed off quickly without leaving any residue. Oily skins would not need any moisturizer after using this face pack as it doesn't leave skin dry at all. But doesn't moisturize too, so moisturizer is highly recommended for dry skins. Overall, its a lovely blemish clearing and skin brightening face pack which is naturally made without any chemicals. You can use it regularly, or before parties to clear out your skin and get the glowing complexion.

- Dries up quickly without tight feel unlike other mud packs give.
- Sturdy lid, hence becomes travel friendly.
- Instantly softens and brightens skin. With regular use, removes acne spots and blemishes up to an extent.
- I faced no side effects or breakouts. Very gentle on my skin.
- A good quantity and quality for the price. So, it's quite affordable.
- The face pack doesn't dry out my skin however dry skins will need a good moisturizer.
- A very small quantity is enough for whole face and neck, so a single tub lasts for months.
- Removes tan with regular use.
- Contains almond oil and aloevera, which are natural skin friendly ingredients.
CONS
- Tub packaging. (Can't be taken as a big con because it's travel friendly and the consistency is thick)
- Moisturizer can't be skipped in dry skins. But it's a plus for oily skinned beauties :D Especially in sweating summers.
- It is available in most of the leading online shopping stores, so the availability (On other shops) cant be taken as a con. Just mentioning.
My Recommendation: Surely I would recommend this Vedic Line Papaya Face Pack to everyone. You will, your skin will love it's results. It instantly softens and brightens skin.
