My Experience with this Product

It comes in a transparent curvy tube with a beautiful silver coloured lid. The applicator is long and makes every application comfortable with the soft sponge tip brush. The whole pack is sturdy and hence it becomes travel friendly and easy to carry around.

While coming to the texture, it is very light with glitters and shimmers floating on it. Some pink and white glitters are visible which not at all looks OTT on your lips. It has a mild sweet fragrance but not fruity or chocolaty. The gloss is smooth and spreads easily over my lips making my lips fuller. It also has a decent staying power of 3 to 4 hours, after that it eventually fades leaving just the shimmer.

 I didn't feel any dryness on my lips even after the colour fades off, so dry lips will love it. Nothing bad I see about this lip gloss, but the only thing is that this may not suit pigmented lips as it is a sheer shade. It doesn't cover pigmentation much but still it is a perfect cute pink lip gloss for everyday wear. In hurry while stepping out, I wear only this lip gloss without any lip stick and it looks good. It is light and perfect! Suits almost all skin types as the shade is not overpowering.

1. Cute pink shimmery gloss which smoothly glides on to the lips.
2. Sturdy and travel friendly packaging.
3. Suits almost every skin type because of the soft shade. It is not overpowering at all.
4. Keeps dry lips moisturized for a long time.
5. Staying power is decent.

8. While seeing the quality and quantity they give, I don't mind about the price.
9. Nice fragrance, will also suit sensitive noses.

1. Not for pigmented lips without your lipstick.
2. Availability may be a problem. But easily available at leading online shopping sites.

These are the lines mentioned in the kit about this lip gloss. I am always a fan of subtle, at the same time glossy lip glosses and this is really one among them. Luckily, I got a very wonderful shade which would perfectly suit dusky skin complexions. This is my favorite colour and hence I fell for it in the first sight. Previously, I reviewed the Glam on Eye Shadow Duo, Silken Finish Pressed Powder and Silken Peach Lipstick from this range and eagerly waited to review this lip gloss. Finally I got time, and here comes my complete review. I will be reviewing the Eyeshadow soon too, that's the only thing left from this range.

My Views and Ratings

The Packaging
The lip gloss comes in a cute transparent tube with a silver coloured top screw lid. Because of the sturdiness, I would say it travel friendly. The pack is very handy and comes with a soft sponge applicator inside. Every application is in control because of the long applicator. Overall, I loved the packaging. No bad I find in it.

Colour, Consistency and Fragrance
I am very much impressed of it's super soft rose colour and loved using it every time on my lips. The lip gloss glides smoothly over my lips and spreads without any hardness. The shade is highly pigmented, not at all sheer and has no glitter or shimmer particles in it. Even though there is no shimmer, it is so shiny and glossy which is perfect for everyday use. The best part about this lip gloss is its fragrance. It is a kinda hot caramel mixed with vanilla smell which is so lingering and sweet. This is the best smelling lip gloss I have ever used till now. So, I am not going to cut any ratings for this part too.

How it Works
The gloss spreads so smoothly on my lips without any clumsiness. It gives a shiny finish covering the imperfections up to a limit. I would say it as a good pigmented lip gloss for mature and dark lips. It has a very sweet fragrance but no taste :P that's better because it will stay on my lips for more time. When coming to the staying power, it hardly stays for 3 hours. This is the only thing I felt little disappointed about this lip gloss. For the price, I expected a little more staying power. But, for its other qualities, this can't be taken as a major con. And the another thing is, I felt little sticky for the first few minutes. After that, the lip gloss is perfect on my lips. Overall, I loved it!

6. Moisturizes dry lips well and locks moisture up to few hours.
7. The shade is not at all overpowering, at the same time it's not sheer.
8. Covers pigmentation and uneven color well.
9. Gives an opaque coverage with two swipes.

CONS

1. Staying power of 3 hours. I expected a little more for the price.
2. May be a little sticky for some people.
3. Contains Parabens (Not a big con because every other product do so)

My Recommendation: I highly recommend this lip gloss to everyone! Almost suits every skin type. The staying power should be better though.

I am a great Cocoa butter lover and hence I always pick the products which has the "Coco Butter" ingredient in it, no matter how it works, I don't even read reviews before getting one. And today, I am reviewing a product, sure a "Cocoa Butter" product from Himalaya Herbals which has almost  become my winter HG product. It's a lip butter meant for moisturizing lips. The Packaging

The lip butter comes in a small transparent tub with a green top cap and inner white lid. "Oh tub, you are not so hygienic" , this I what I felt but I just convinced myself as it is sturdily packed with an inner lid to prevent some mess. It would be so much better if this product comes in tube instead of tub. The cap of the tub is firm and hence the pack becomes travel friendly too. A perfect small and cute tub for everyday use and travel use too (Though I expect tube packing)

Colour, Consistency and Fragrance

The lip butter is very rich, smooth, thick and has a real buttery texture. It is transparent and shows no tint, so colorless lip balms/butter lovers will enjoy it. Even though the consistency is pretty thick, it is very easy to take it out and apply over your lips. It glides smoothly and spreads well without any trouble. To say about the fragrance in single word, It's my "Cocoa Butter" Yes! lovely Cocoa butter flavor and fragrance it has! I love smelling it all the time as it is very tempting. No one can find anything bad in it's fragrance even sensitive noses and hence I would name this as one of the best smelling lip butter!

How it Works On Me

Well..I am using this product for past few days. I do apply it over my lips once in the morning and once at night. This product budges a little while food/drink intake but still it doesn't leave my lips dry or chapped. The lip butter is quite thick but still glides onto my lips smoothly with a fresh cocoa butter fragrance. The fragrance lasts for a decent time and the lip butter stays all day long if you have normal lips. It keep my lips soft, supple all day long with a single application in the morning, I reapply once at night before going to bed. You should apply this twice a day if you have extremely chapped lips and it's not the one which you can use it under your lipstick, because it makes your lipstick bleed due to its thickness. As this made my lips soft and supple, I prefer to use this product in all the seasons, especially in winters. This is going to my winter HG list!! :)

PROS

1. Rich buttery texture which glides onto lips smoothly
2. A very little amount is enough for every application, hence lasts longer.
3. Free from petroleum jelly, silicon, artificial colours & preservatives. It is made of natural ingredients and hence, a great boon to all who hate waxy petroleum balms on their lips.
4. It make lips soft, supple, smooth and somewhat cures my fine lip wrinkles. 
5. Even after budging due to food intake, my lips feel soft. It never leaves dryness at all.
6. Easily available everywhere!! It's Himalaya herbals :P 
7. The rich fragrance of Cocoa butter.. yummy :P 
8. A great pick for dry lips in all the seasons. 

 CONS

1. My tub packaging :( (Would be better if it comes in tube) 
2. Not suitable to use along with your lipstick, it does bleeds (This can't be taken as a con for the worthy other benefits of this lip butter though)
