The Vietnamese health resort of Bin Chau which is in 150 km from Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) – an original oasis of SPA-tourism. It is located at coast, in protogenic to wood, near to 70th sources of geothermal mineral waters of various temperature (400–820 ºC) which form natural streams and reservoirs.
The hot mineral source of Bin Chau has been found out in the beginning of XX century by Frenchmen, after opening of curative properties of its waters has quickly turned to a health resort and now has the international recognition as a SPA-eko-health resort.
Mineral water of Bin Chau contains radon, nitrogen, silicon, sulfur, sodium, chlorine and renders on an organism the general (immunity strengthening) and local ( restoration) influence.
The basic procedure – bathing in pools with mineral water and reception of baths. The fangotherapy in the form of hot mud baths is applied also. Water can be accepted and inside (to prepare on it various kinds of tea).
On a health resort many methods of the Vietnamese traditional therapy (an acupuncture, massage, a phytotherapy) are presented.
Such treatment in the conditions of a soft sea climate (temperature 25,8 ºC) is perfectly combined with stay on a magnificent beach of Hokok and sea bathings.
Having a rest can enjoy also a local cuisine with a considerable quantity of seafood, excursions to Ho Chi Minh (Saigon), sea walks and other Vietnamese exotic.
The health resort infrastructure represents medical-is sports-entertainment complex – hotels, country houses, mud-baths, pools with mineral water, restaurants, bars, parks, a crocodile farm, tennis courts, a golf course and football.
