How To Get Rid Of Zits Overnight Big In a few simple steps

If you're wondering how to get rid of the big pimples overnight - keep in mind that it is a step-by-step process. Although not difficult to follow - just a little at-home pampering experience with - and the results - similar to an expensive spa treatment ... at one-tenth the cost.Cleaning is important - but you need to open your pores, to ensure that the cleaning product can work deep to get rid of dirt, grime, sweat, sebum and other impurities.

After cleaning, you have to close your pores back to them by trapping more dirt and always blocked, enlarged, and prominent (I know - Eww) to prevent ... perhaps even leading to the formation of blackheads (again - eww). You also need the bacteria that thrive in charge of the dirty, oily environment and tendency to form large, swollen, red and inflamed acne that hurt really bad to kill and force you to hide your face in public I ( do not know anyone as that - but you can never guarantee you - even once in your life).

These five steps are to follow simple - no additional cost or effort. Make it your daily basic skin care and you will surely begin to see results from the first day, in a few weeks -. Your acne will be a thing of the past

Step-1: Steam your face for 10 to 15 minutes. If you have a facial steamer for this - great. If not - no problem. Just over a heatproof bowl of steaming water tend covered with a towel head to the steam can escape. Make sure the bowl is not too wide - so that the steam rises vertically and your face gets maximum exposure. Or - you can use a smaller towel soaked in hot water (not too hot, you want to steam your face - not scalding!) To lie down and cover his face with a towel for 10-15 minutes. You could even with medicinal herbs in the dish, such as mint or Fenugreek, or even a splash of lemon juice - If you choose the first option for additional benefits.
Step-2: Cleanse your face with an oil-free (but not overly dry) cleaners: facewash, cleansing lotion / gel - whichever you prefer. Avoid soap - unless it is mild, bio-and pH-neutral. Wash your face with warm water, not cold - so cold water closes the pores too early. They need to be kept for the next crucial step. You could even use warm salt water for it.
Step-3: Mix a little rose water with oatmeal / almond powder / sandalwood / green clay and until it becomes a smooth paste, but with a little texture. Use only water when Rose water is not available. Apply the mask in a thin even layer all over the face, rub it gently with your fingertips, and focuses on the problematic areas (be careful not to apply too much pressure), leave for 30 minutes, then wash off with lukewarm water . This will help to remove the last traces of impurities from the pores.
Step-4: Now it's time to close the pores. The easiest and fastest way to do this: wrap a thin layer of cloth around an ice cube and hold it gently on your pimple for a few minutes. Alternatively, you can simply wash your face with really cold water for 3-4 minutes. The ice method preferred. This really helps in reducing the redness and swelling.
Step 5: Apply a benzoyl peroxide wash formula on the pimples before sleeping and in the morning. This will kill the acne bacteria and prevent further outbreaks. Choose a formula that is strong enough to work well but gentle enough not to aggravate your skin ... or it dries out too much. These simple steps should bring a massive change your acne overnight - in a good way!
