Know the signs and symptoms of acne and treatment of these

Acne is a skin condition instigative, which is characterized by blackheads, pimples and clogged pores. The sebaceous glands or sebaceous glands connected to the hair follicles and release a substance called sebum that lubricates hair and skin known. Normally, sebum moves to the hair follicle and the skin. When the sebaceous glands produce too much oil, then it is combined with the dead skin cells and clog the hair follicles and then ignited. Acne can cause more than the spots. Most studies showed that the people can have acne:
• Low self-esteem: Acne makes people feel bad about themselves. Due to their acne, most of them do not want to be with their friends. They often do not have to work and school.
• Depression: People who have acne may also suffer from more than the low self-esteem. Acne can lead to the medical condition known as depression.
• Permanent Scars: people who get acne nodules and cysts often see the scars from acne clears. Appear before the treatment of acne nodules and cysts can prevent the scars.
• Dark spots on the skin: acne cures, these spots appear. It may take several months or years to get these dark spots disappear. 

Acne Treatment:
Acne treatment will be aimed at reducing the production of sebum, helps the skin to remove the dead cells so they do not buildup and stop bacteria from accumulating.
• Wash your skin with a mild cleanser twice a day. Wash frequently with face masks and scrubs can aggravate acne.
• Use the cosmetics and skin care products that are free of oil. Look for products that say "non-comedogenic" or "water-based".
• You can try to include over-the-counter lotions that contain salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.
Drug therapies:
• Currently: Usually topical formulations are the first acne treatment options. Your doctor may also recommend topical medications to treat the acne. The topical medications most commonly used include retinoid, antibiotics, benzoyl peroxide.
• Oral: Sometimes the doctors may recommend antibiotics either alone or in addition to moderate for topical medications to treat severe acne. 

Surgery and other methods:
These acne treatments can be helpful in improving the appearance of skin that has acne anxiety. Minor scars can be reduced by chemical exfoliation. For more sever scarring dermabrasion use will be helpful.
