Spa Pedicure at Home For Soft Feet

Dark and dry feet looks ugly and spoils the entire beauty. We can do a simple spa pedicure at home with few natural kitchen products. Today I am going to instruct you all about an easy quick spa pedicure to remove dead and rough skin cells, which reveals the original beauty of your feet. You can do this every week to avoid roughness in your feet!

INGREDIENTS

  • Nail polish remover
  • A small tub
  • Hot water
  • Bath salts or normal sea salt
  • Essential oils (Eg.Olive oil)
  • Regular shampoo
  • Foot scrubber, loofah or pumice stone
  • Soft towel
  • Nail cutter
  • Moisturizer or cold cream
  • Nail polish (Optional)

PROCEDURE
  • Remove the old nail polish from your nails using nail polish remover and cotton.
  • Pour hot water in a tub, and mix little cold water to balance the heat, which is bearable for your feet.
  • Now add the salts, essential oils like olive or lavender oils, shampoo to the water and mix well.
  • Soak your feet in the tub of water for 15 minutes.
  • By doing this, the hot water and salts softens the rough skin and loosens the dead skin cells while the essential oils nourishes your feet.
  • After 15 minutes, take your feet out of the tub and scrub with an exfoliating foot scrubber, loofah pad or with a pumice stone. Be gentle in the sensitive areas and scrub well in the rougher parts of your feet.
  • Scrub both feet for 10 minutes until the dead skin cells are completely removed from the skin layer. Now wash your feet with clean and cold water thoroughly. Wipe with a cotton towel and pat dry.
  • Now file the nails and shape them. The shaping process should be done after soaking in hot water because the nails will be soft and thus it's easier to file.
  • Moisturize your feet with a good moisturizer or cold cream. Polish it if you want.
  • Soft and smooth, beautiful feet is all yours now!
